چکیده

Objective: This research aimed to characterize the clinical presentation, frequency, and distribution of CAAs in people experiencing angiography. In this study, we reviewed presence 4072 patients. Study design: Cross-section study Setting: Current was conducted at Department interventional cardiology, MTI- Hayat Abad Medical Complex, Peshawar from Ist July 2021 30th June 2022. Methods: The current analyzed data angiograms performed. medical record patients used recruit patient’s profile. Angelini's categorization categorise coronary anomalies two cardiologists each angiography separately, event a discrepancy, senior cardiologist contacted achieve consensus. GE 520 2100 were for angiogram. Operators have option using either radial or femoral incision. Results: Finding found 103 cases (a prevalence 2.5%). According data, average age 59.64±13.73. Of them, 89 (2.19%) individuals had anomalous origin and/or course, 9 (0.2%) intrinsic arterial system abnormalities, 3 (0.07%) termination, 2 (0.04%) single artery. Overall, 36 (0.44%) an aberrant right artery (RCA), with RCA emerging left sinus; followed by 54 (1.3%) who lacked main trunk instead distinct LAD LCX.
